We only collect the data you choose to share with us and the technical data needed to run and improve the website:

• Contact form: your full name, work email, company, the topic you are interested in and your message.
• Meeting booking: the name, email and time slot you provide when you book a call through our scheduling tool.
• Direct contact: any information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your requests and follow up on your project.
• Schedule and prepare meetings you have booked with us.
• Send you information about our services when you have asked for it.
• Understand how the website is used and improve its content and performance.
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and running our website, and where necessary to comply with the law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

To operate this website we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms, to deliver the messages sent through the contact form to our inbox.
• Calendly, to let you book a meeting with our team.
• Google Analytics, to measure audience and traffic on the website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button.

Each of these providers applies its own privacy policy, and some of them may process data outside your country. We only share the data strictly needed for the service concerned and never sell your personal data.

We keep contact and booking data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the retention period required by law. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. These cookies are not strictly necessary and you can refuse or delete them at any time through your browser settings. Embedded tools such as the meeting scheduler may also set their own cookies when you use them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent.
